Business-Driven Role Focused on Customer Relationships
We are in an expansive and dynamic growth phase and are now looking for an engaged and business-driven colleague for our department that works with new corporate clients in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing initial contact and building, developing, and nurturing long-term customer relationships with companies in Sweden that need support in staffing - the service we offer.
The work involves continuous follow-up and is primarily conducted through scheduling meetings between our clients and colleagues across the country. You will thus become a central part of strengthening our market position and contributing to our continued success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Able to work efficiently, professionally, and in a structured manner
- Works independently and takes responsibility for tasks
- You have at least a high school diploma
- Good collaboration skills
Location: Headquarters in Luleå
Working hours: Weekdays 08:00-17:00
Salary: Fixed base salary (+ commission on top)
